Cold Calling Specialist (Real Estate – Australia Market)

Part-Time | Remote | 3 Hours/Day (Mon–Fri)

About Us:

We are an established real estate business based in Australia, focused on property sales, lead generation, and client relationship management. We are looking for a motivated and confident Cold Calling Specialist from India to help us connect with potential clients and generate qualified leads.

Job Role:

You will be responsible for making outbound calls to warm and cold leads, introducing our real estate services, and setting appointments for follow-up. Training and scripts will be provided.We will provide you a calling

Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential clients (Australia region)
  • Follow a provided script to introduce our services
  • Engage professionally and build rapport
  • Capture lead information accurately
  • Set appointments or pass qualified leads to our sales team
  • Provide daily updates on call activities and results

Work Hours:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 3 hours per day
  • Timing will be aligned with Australian business hours

Requirements:

  • Strong English communication skills (clear and confident)
  • Previous experience in cold calling or telemarketing (preferred)
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  • Familiarity with real estate (bonus, not mandatory) but Prior experience conducting calls in English is required.

  • Training on scripts, CRM process, and communication style

Compensation:

  • Monthly contract for 1 month to start
  • Possibility of long-term, ongoing work based on performance with high potential of pay increase.
