About the Role

We are looking for a creative, data-driven, and trend-savvy Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate understands how to turn brand stories into engaging content that drives awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand goals.
  • Create, curate, and manage content (posts, reels, stories, videos, etc.) for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce visually engaging and high-performing content.
  • Plan and manage the content calendar ensuring consistent and timely posting.
  • Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities.
  • Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
  • Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly performance reports.
  • Run paid ad campaigns and coordinate with digital marketing teams to optimize reach and ROI.
  • Support influencer collaborations and partnerships.
  • Stay updated on social media best practices, algorithm changes, and emerging tools.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in social media management (real estate, luxury, or lifestyle experience is a plus).
  • Strong knowledge of major social media platforms and content trends.
  • Proficiency in tools like Meta Business Suite, Canva, Later, or Hootsuite.
  • Basic understanding of social media advertising and analytics.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills (English required; Arabic is a plus).
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Preferred Attributes

  • Passion for digital storytelling and brand building.
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing.
  • Experience in video content creation (Reels/TikTok).
  • Team player with strong collaboration skills.
