Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Non-IT HR Recruiter to join our Hair Transplant Clinic's HR team. As a Non-IT HR Recruiter, you'll play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clinic.

Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment: Source, attract, and hire top talent for non-IT roles, including clinical, administrative, and support staff.

  1. Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.

  2. Interviews: Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.

  3. Offer Management: Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.

  4. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and preferences.

Requirements1. Experience: Prior experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field.

  1. Communication Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

  2. Recruitment Knowledge: Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and laws.

  3. Time Management: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
