Position Title: Senior Executive - Paralegal Support

Experience Level-2-5yrs

Department- Legal

Location- Gurgaon

Responsibilities:

  • Internal Communication: Serve as a liaison with internal departments by gathering information, answering basic questions, scheduling meetings, and relaying status updates (without providing legal advice)
  • Administrative Support: File and organize paperwork/ legal documents, monitor calendars and deadlines, maintain client records, and manage general office tasks.
  • Organize and maintain physical and electronic files, ensuring security and legal compliance for all documentation
  • Conduct general research and summarize findings for Legal team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferably BCom Graduate from a recognized university)
  • Prior experience of 2-3 years at any corporate department

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, Word & PowerPoint.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Research proficiency
