Role Overview

The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for driving sales of network security and data centre solutions. The role involves lead generation, customer engagement, needs assessment, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to deal closure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Qualification

  • Identify and qualify potential customers via cold calls, emails, and social selling
  • Conduct detailed needs assessments and recommend appropriate solutions

Sales Cycle Management

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
  • Collaborate with the sales team to execute effective sales strategies

Product Knowledge

  • Develop strong knowledge of network security and data centre products
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
  • Provide support throughout the sales process and post-sale

Sales Reporting

  • Track sales activities and performance metrics accurately
  • Prepare and share regular sales reports with management

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in inside sales (technology/IT industry preferred)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales software
  • Passion for technology and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
