Job Description: Inside Sales Representative – SaaS Platform (AeROC)Location: Ghatkopar, Mumbai | Work from officeExperience: 1 to 3 yearsEmployment Type: Full-TimeAbout the Role:We are looking for a results-driven, articulate Inside Sales Representative who will driveadoption and monetization of AeROC—our solar monitoring and performancemanagement SaaS platform amongst B2C and MSME clients. If you're someone whothrives on building relationships, loves translating technical value into businessoutcomes, and believes that great software deserves to reach the right customers—thisrole is for you.What You'll Do:• Drive SaaS Sales: Sell AeROC subscriptions to solar installers and directcustomers, focusing on demonstrating the platform's value in maximizing plantperformance and reducing operational complexity.• Build Pipeline: Generate conversions through outbound calling, emailcampaigns, and strategic follow-ups with installers and plant owners acrosstarget geographies.• Aggressive Selling: Understand customer pain points around plant monitoring,downtime, and performance management—and position AeROC as the solutionthat delivers actionable insights and operational excellence.• Product Demonstrations: Conduct compelling demos that showcase AeROC'sfeatures including multi-channel alerts, performance analytics, and detailedplant health monitoring.• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the tech and operations teams toensure smooth onboarding of new customers and seamless integration withtheir existing solar installations.• Relationship Management: Nurture long-term relationships with installers andEPCs, positioning AeROC as their go-to platform for portfolio management andperformance optimization.• Market Feedback: Act as the voice of the customer by sharing insights, featurerequests, and competitive intelligence with product and leadership teams.Must-Have Skills:• 1 to 3 years of inside sales or B2C/B2B SaaS sales experience (Experience insolar, renewable energy, or IoT hardware is an unfair advantage)• Fluent in English and Hindi (Marathi fluency would add value)• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a fast-pacedenvironment• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulatetechnical concepts to non-technical audiences• Self-motivated with excellent organizational and time-management skills• Hunter Mentality that thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and turning leads intolong-term customersEducational Qualifications:We believe in:"Let your actions speak louder than your certifications."So whether you're formally trained or self-taught—if you've got the skills, we want tohear from you.Why Join Us?• Work at the intersection of clean energy and technology• Be part of a team building India's nerve centre for distributed solarintelligence• Flexible work culture with a high emphasis on impact, ownership, and learning
