Position Overview

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative with 1 year of experience in a similar domain. The ideal candidate will manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, coordinate logistics, drive order conversion, and support overall sales operations. This is a key role contributing to customer satisfaction, sales growth, and smooth order execution.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Sales Support

Create, share, and follow up on Sales, Rental, and AMC Quotations with customers.

Pitch and brief customers about product features, benefits, and solutions.

Prepare quotations for high-end customers and strategic opportunities.

Convert qualified leads into orders by effective communication and follow-ups.

Handle customer escalations related to services or logistics and coordinate with concerned teams to resolve issues promptly.

Order & Logistics Management

Coordinate with the Logistics Team for timely deliveries and dispatch updates.

Manage end-to-end Order Processing, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Raise Purchase Orders (POs) and maintain documentation required for order completion.

Escalation Handling

Address customer concerns professionally and work cross-functionally to find solutions.

Ensure customer satisfaction by monitoring issue closure and communicating updates.

Reporting & Documentation

Prepare and maintain monthly reports, including:

Lead Tracker

Quotation Tracker

Order Tracker

Lead Closure Reports

Keep CRM and internal systems updated with accurate lead, order, and customer interaction data.

Business Growth

Generate orders and support sales initiatives to increase overall business.

Support sales campaigns and promotional activities by providing timely information and customer insights.

Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to prepare quotations, manage orders, and coordinate cross-functional tasks.

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations.

Good understanding of CRM systems and MS Office tools.

Target-driven, disciplined, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
