Specific Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Onboarding: Source new property listings, conduct inspections,

and educate owners on NoBrokers services.

Tenant Assistance & Transaction Facilitation: Help tenants find suitable properties,

coordinate viewings, manage rental agreements, and ensure smooth transactions.

Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with property owners and

tenants, resolve concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Lead Generation: Promote NoBroker through local networking, events,

and referrals to generate leads and increase brand awareness.

Data Management & CRM: Update property and client data, and use CRM tools to

track interactions and manage leads effectively.

Technical skills: Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word).

Work schedule: Flexible for a day shift (9 hours between 8 AM - 10 PM), and

comfortable working 6 days a week, with a weekday off.
