Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of customers and developing strong relationships with them.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a portfolio of customers to ensure optimal sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and implement strategies to deepen customer relationships and increase sales
- Identify opportunities to sell additional products and services to existing customers
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or customer-facing role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Familiarity with banking products and services preferred
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proven track record of sales success
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Knowledge of banking products and services
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
