Job Title: Relationship Manager

We are seeking a skilled Relationship Manager to join our team. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with expectant mothers and fathers to promote our services.

About the Role:
  1. Counsel pregnant women at hospitals to generate leads and presentations.
  2. Establish connections with expectant mothers and fathers to fix appointments for free presentations at their preferred location.
  3. Meet clients at their desired location and provide comprehensive presentations about our services.
  4. Promote and enroll new clients, complete documentation, and collect payments.
  5. Coordinate logistics support for delivery details.
  6. Maintain open communication with doctors and hospital staff regarding stem cell banking and other services.
  7. Identify opportunities to expand our services amongst the target audience.
  8. Provide regular updates on daily activities and lead follow-ups through our customer relationship management system.
  9. Offer expert insights on market trends and competitor data as requested.
  10. Nurture existing client relationships for future referrals.

Requirements: Excellent communication skills, ability to work effectively in a team, and outstanding customer service skills.
