Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and site visits.Understand client needs and recommend suitable real estate options.Organize and conduct property viewings with prospective clients.Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business and referrals.Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.Stay updated with market trends, property values, and competitor offerings.Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for property transactions and sales reporting.Collaborate with marketing and customer service teams to enhance the client journey.Requirements:Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate or a related industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Knowledge of the local real estate market is an advantage.Strong customer service orientation.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.Required Skills & Competencies 1. Communication & Interpersonal Skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and regional languages. Ability to build rapport and trust with clients quickly. Skilled in negotiation, persuasion, and presentation. 2. Sales & Marketing Expertise Strong understanding of sales processes, customer psychology, and lead conversion techniques. Ability to identify client requirements and suggest appropriate solutions. Experience in cross-selling and up-selling products effectively. 3. Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills Ability to analyze customer data, sales performance, and market trends to make informed decisions. Strong problem-solving approach to address customer issues and achieve sales goals. 4. Technical & Digital Skills Proficiency in using MS Excel, MS Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools. Familiarity with email campaigns, online meetings, and social media marketing tools. Comfortable managing both offline and online sales activities. 5. Personal Attributes Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented. Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle rejections effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
