Job title: Relationship Manager

Requirements:
Graduates of any background or higher degree should have a very good demographic understanding, a strong relationship with IFAs / CAs, and knowledge about the Finance Industry in the assigned geography, and grab the opportunity to develop business. He / She should have a minimum of 2 Years’ experience in handling MFD / IFA / any Financial Products.
About the role:
1. The candidate will be responsible for client acquisition and managing the overall client relationship.
2. Responsible for achieving the target.
3. Engaging with customers to enrich the relationships and garner higher wallet share from the client.
4. Ensure coverage of all relationships through customer engagements and risk profiling
5. Identify potential customers who can be sold tailored products to enhance product penetration.
6. Acquire new customers through converting referral leads.
7. Provide complete and comprehensive information on products, services, charges, etc., proactively to the customer and ensure the best services are provided to them.
8. Having relevant experience in the financial services industry.
9. Proven people, business, and client relationship handling skills.
10. Having a pleasing personality and effective communication skills
11. Ability to engage sizable clients.
12. Strong persuasion skills
13. Deal closure ability.
14. Ability to understand, anticipate and react to competitive market requirements, industry opportunities and constraints.
Primary Role:
Recruitment:
1) Generating Leads for Financial Product Distributor
2) Coordinating / Conducting Business Opportunity Session to upcoming / Existing FPDs
3) Assisting new FPDs to clear NISM Exams
Business Development:
1) Providing Trainings to Partners on Product availability
2) Preparing Business Development Plans for partners and training them to achieve via Joint Calls, Conducting Client Meeting, Asset Allocation with Product Diversifications
3) Establishing Strong relationships with Partners, IFA in the assigned geography and providing right communication on Products, Solutions, and services, which helps in their business growth.
4) Providing the right information and Coordinating / Conducting regular Partner Meetings to enable their knowledge.
