Senior Graphic Designer

Location: Sector 64, Noida

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 06:30 PM (6 days a week)

Creativemud Pvt. Ltd. is a 360-advertising agency specializing in creative storytelling, branding, and digital marketing. We craft compelling visual experiences that make brands stand out. We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead our design efforts and elevate our creative output.

Role Overview:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you'll be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs for marketing, branding, and digital campaigns. You will also mentor junior designers and ensure brand consistency across all creative assets.

Key Responsibilities:

Design & Creative Execution

Create high-quality graphic assets, including icons, illustrations, patterns, logos, social media creatives, and website elements.

Develop innovative concepts for marketing materials and brand campaigns.

Leverage Generative AI tools to enhance design workflows and creativity.

Branding & Consistency

Ensure all designs align with the company's branding guidelines.

Maintain and manage a design style guide for consistent brand representation.

Collaboration & Feedback

Work closely with the product and marketing teams to understand campaign objectives.

Review and provide constructive feedback on junior designers' work.

Industry Trends & Innovation

Stay updated with the latest design trends, AI-powered tools, and creative techniques.

Experiment with new design software and methods to enhance creative output.

Requirements:

Experience & Skills:

3-5 years of experience as a Senior Graphic Designer, Visual Communication Designer, or similar role.

Mandatory: Prior experience in an advertising agency as a Graphic Designer. (Applications without this experience will not be considered.)

Strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital design, and creative marketing projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma, and other design tools.

Familiarity with AI-powered design tools (e.g., Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway AI, etc.).

Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, and branding principles.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.

Soft Skills:

A creative mindset with a strong sense of aesthetics.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

Strong time management and ability to handle multiple projects.

Effective communication skills for team collaboration and client interaction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹35,000.00 per month
