About the Role:

As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will lead the creation of innovative and visually engaging designs across social, digital, and print platforms. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will ensure brand consistency while driving impactful campaigns and enhancing user engagement. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Design: Create engaging visuals for posts, stories, and campaigns tailored for various platforms.
  • Email & Banner Design: Develop email templates, banners, and display ads aligned with brand guidelines.
  • Ad Campaigns: Design static, animated, and video creatives for performance-driven ad campaigns.
  • Print Collateral: Craft brochures, posters, and other print materials to communicate brand messaging.
  • Video Assets: Collaborate on storyboards and graphic assets for promotional and explainer videos.
  • Creative Conceptualization: Translate briefs into innovative, on-brand design solutions.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms while evolving the brand.
  • Project Management: Oversee multiple projects, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital and print design, preferably in marketing or agencies.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion graphics tools.
  • Proficient in using AI tools for creating designs and graphics.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing social media, ads, and email banners.
  • Expertise in typography, color theory, and layout principles.
  • Team player with excellent attention to detail and creativity.
  • Experience in the e-learning or ed-tech industry is a plus.
