Role Overview

We are looking for a talented and experienced
Senior Graphic Designer
with a strong portfolio in
packaging and product label design
, e-commerce listing creatives (LQS, A+ content), website banners, marketing collaterals, and social media creatives. The ideal candidate will also have photography skills for product shoots and the ability to create visually compelling assets that elevate brand presence across platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Design
    premium product labels, and packaging
    in line with brand identity and printing requirements.
  • Create
    LQS, A+ images, and other e-commerce listing creatives
    for Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, and other marketplaces.
  • Develop
    website banners, marketing collaterals, flyers, brochures, and digital ads
    for campaigns.
  • Design
    social media creatives
    for Instagram, Facebook, and other platforms, ensuring high engagement and brand consistency.
  • Plan and execute
    product photography
    for marketing and e-commerce use.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and e-commerce teams to ensure timely delivery of creatives.
  • Maintain brand guidelines and visual consistency across all platforms.
  • Stay updated on design trends, competitor creatives, and marketplace creative guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
  • 4+ years
    of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in FMCG, personal care, or D2C brands.
  • Proven experience in
    packaging design (monocartons & labels)
    and
    e-commerce creative requirements
    .
  • Strong proficiency in
    Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, and Lightroom
    .
  • Knowledge of dielines, printing processes, and packaging compliance.
  • Product photography skills with an understanding of lighting, composition, and styling.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
