Position Overview:

As Senior Graphic Designer, you will own the visual storytelling for Marcadors' most impactful campaigns. You'll partner with marketing, content, and analytics teams to translate strategy into bold, cohesive designs across digital and print. Your creative leadership will ensure brand consistency, elevate client experiences, and drive measurable engagement.

In this role, you'll tackle tight deadlines and evolving creative briefs, championing design excellence and innovation. You will mentor junior designers, shape design standards, and introduce new tools and processes—all while reinforcing Marcadors' reputation as a digital marketing trailblazer.

Key Responsibilities:

● Lead creative campaigns across digital and print channels, delivering on-brand visuals that drive engagement.

● Design and oversee branding, social media assets, websites, and marketing collaterals, ensuring consistency and innovation.

● Collaborate with marketing, content, and analytics teams to translate objectives into compelling design solutions.

● Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering skill development and ensuring high-quality deliverables.

● Stay updated on design trends and emerging tools, integrating best practices to elevate creative output.

Education and Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.

● 3+ years of proven graphic design experience in agency or marketing environments.

● Robust portfolio showcasing creativity, versatility, and measurable impact.

● Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.

● Experience leading projects and mentoring junior design talent.
