Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Graphic Designer, located in Noida. The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating and developing visual content for various platforms, including logos, branding materials, packaging, and social media graphics. The role will require collaboration with marketing and web design teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging. Day-to-day tasks will include graphic design work, client consultations, project management, and mentoring junior designers.

Social Media Creatives
: Design engaging static posts, carousels, ads, and motion graphics for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.

Print Design
: Create brochures, flyers, posters, and other marketing collateral with strong attention to layout and typography.

Website & UI Design
: Develop website layouts, landing pages, and UI elements that are both functional and visually appealing.

Packaging Design
: Design product packaging that is strategic, eye-catching, and aligned with brand identity.

Collaboration
: Work closely with the creative and marketing team to brainstorm concepts and execute campaigns.

Consistency
: Ensure brand guidelines are followed across all deliverables.

  • Trend Awareness
    : Stay updated on the latest design trends and tools.

What We're Looking For:

  • 2–4 years
    of proven design experience (agency background is a plus).
  • Strong portfolio showcasing
    social media, print, website, and packaging work
    .
  • Proficiency in
    Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD/Figma)
    .
  • Good understanding of
    typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy
    .
  • Ability to
    manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
    .
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • A creative thinker who can adapt styles across industries.
