  • Monitor stock levels across stores and warehouses.
  • Coordinate with in-house warehouse and logistics teams for timely stock dispatch and replenishment.
  • Coordinate with vendors and production teams for timely delivery of styles as per PO; analyze dynamic supply needs, prioritize requirements, and drive production accordingly.
  • Check inward and outward stock entries, GRN, and perform regular stock reconciliations.
  • Identify slow-moving and non-moving inventory and suggest liquidation or markdown strategies.
  • Assist in product assortment planning, size set planning, and support the product team with seasonal range planning.
  • Track sell-through reports, stock ageing, product performance analytics, vendor performance, and fill rate.
  • Generate weekly/monthly reports on sales, stock, and sell-through performance.
  • Present insights on bestsellers, underperforming categories, and overall stock efficiency.
  • Coordinate with warehouse, finance, buying, and retail operations teams for seamless process flow.
  • Follow up with vendors for replacements, QC, or stock issues.
