Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandising Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies that balance the company's objectives with customer needs and preferences.

  • Anticipate product requirements based on sales figures, customer feedback, and market trends, ensuring optimal product ranges and stock levels.

  • Sales Analysis & Forecasting

  • Analyze sales figures, customer reactions, and market trends to forecast future sales and product demands.

  • Plan budgets and forecast profit margins, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

  • Store Layout & Inventory Management

  • Design and implement attractive, practical store layouts to maximize customer interest and sales.

  • Oversee inventory management, ensuring that product displays are well-maintained and stocked efficiently.

  • Client Relationship Management

  • Trend Awareness & Industry Best Practices

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest merchandising trends, industry best practices, and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Regularly assess product performance and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure maximum sales impact.
