Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Merchandiser based in Mumbai. The Junior Merchandiser will be responsible for assisting in product planning, maintaining inventory levels, analyzing sales trends, and coordinating with suppliers. Daily tasks will include creating visual displays, ensuring the availability of stock, monitoring competitor activities, and collaborating with the sales team to optimize merchandising strategies.

Qualifications

  • Product Planning, Inventory Management, Sales Analysis skills
  • Visual Merchandising and Display Creation skills
  • Coordination with Suppliers and Sales Team
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
  • Experience in the fashion or retail industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business Administration, or a related field
