Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Executive-Technical Support to monitor and manage in-trip vehicles, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with protocols. The role involves real-time tracking, communication with the Excise Department, and accurate documentation of daily activities. The position requires working in rotational shifts and collaborating effectively with team members and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
· Monitor and track in-trip vehicles using tracking systems to ensure operational efficiency.
· Forward alert messages and notifications promptly to the Excise Department as per protocol.
· Document daily activities accurately and prepare detailed reports as required.
· Collaborate with team members and departments to ensure seamless communication and information flow.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Work Experience:
· 0 to 1 year of relevant experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with MS Office applications.
· Proficiency in basic Excel operations and documentation.
· Strong written and verbal communication skills.
· Detail-oriented with the ability to prepare and maintain reports accurately.
· Self-motivated, with a go-getter attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
· Well-organized and able to handle rotational shift timings.
Shift Details:
· Rotational shifts, including evenings and weekends, as required.
