This role centers on managing and optimizing Cureayu's presence across Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces to drive visibility, conversion, and operational excellence. Other tasks may be assigned based on business priorities.

Role overview

  • Own end-to-end marketplace catalog operations: listing creation, content updates, variant mapping, and periodic refreshes across Amazon, Flipkart, and additional channels.
  • Optimize product discoverability via keyword research, backend search terms, attributes, and A+ content recommendations; track rank and iterate.
  • Maintain image standards: upload, rework requests to design, compliance checks, and refreshing galleries for CTR improvement.
  • Execute pricing and promotions calendars: Lightning Deals, Coupons, Bank Offers, and Event sales setup; coordinate approvals and assets.
  • Monitor listing health: suppressions, quality alerts, compliance flags, catalog errors; drive timely fixes with internal stakeholders.
  • Track inventory readiness: ASN/PO follow-ups, stock status, and inbound visibility; coordinate with supply chain to prevent OOS.
  • Improve buy box and content parity across channels; benchmark competitors and suggest corrective actions.
  • Generate weekly dashboards on traffic, CVR, returns, ratings/reviews, and keyword performance; provide insights and next actions.
  • Support order-exception handling like non-delivery, RTO/undelivered cases, and claim filings to recover losses where applicable.
  • Collaborate on storefronts and brand pages for merchandising consistency and seasonal refreshes.

Key responsibilities

  • Catalog and listings: creation, edits, attribute completion, variation fixes, parent-child linking.
  • Content and SEO: titles, bullets, descriptions, A+ briefs, keyword and backend optimization.
  • Images: compliance checks, re-shoot briefs, infographics, size charts, and refresh cadence.
  • Performance hygiene: suppressions, stranded inventory, listing quality score, and buy box watch.
  • Inventory sync: track inbound, reconcile shortages, and flag low-stock risks early.
  • Promotions: set up, QA, and post-event reporting; coordinate with marketing for assets.
  • Reviews and ratings: monitor, tag themes, and loop feedback to product and CX.
  • Reporting: weekly and monthly KPI updates with recommendations.

Requirements

  • Understanding of marketplace workflows (Amazon/Flipkart Seller Central basics preferred).
  • Comfort with spreadsheets; able to build trackers and clean, analyze, and visualize basic data.
  • Familiarity with keyword research concepts and marketplace search behavior.
  • Detail orientation with strong follow-through on tickets, SLAs, and compliance items.
  • Clear written communication for cross-team coordination and vendor/courier interactions.

Nice-to-have

  • Hands-on experience with Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, or similar portals.
  • Exposure to basic image specs, A+ content structures, and content compliance norms.
  • Experience monitoring returns, RTOs, and non-delivery cases with corrective actions.
