Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee daily operations across multiple e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Amazon, and other online marketplaces.
  • Handle product listing and ensure accurate and appealing product descriptions, images, and specifications are uploaded across all portals.
  • Monitor and update product pricing, discounts, and promotional offers as per company strategy and portal requirements.
  • Maintain strong Product Listing Ads (PLA) knowledge for optimizing product visibility and performance on all platforms.
  • Coordinate with internal teams for inventory updates, order management, and smooth execution of sales and promotions.
  • Analyze sales reports, portal performance, and campaign results to recommend improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with each portals policies and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
  • Troubleshoot listing issues, resolve discrepancies, and communicate effectively with marketplace account managers.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing listings and campaigns on leading e-commerce platforms.
  • Strong understanding of marketplace operations, algorithms, and promotional tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel and online portal dashboards.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management skills.
