Role Overview
As the Manager – Outreach & Strategic Partnerships, you will take full ownership of EduQuest's school engagement initiatives across India. This is a strategic role, ideal for a versatile and hands-on professional who can drive partnerships, scale outreach, and lead from the front.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, target and engage top-tier schools for strategic collaborations.
Build and nurture relationships with school leadership and key decision-makers.
Initiate, manage and execute partnerships with Grade A & B schools for student engagement and EduQuest programs.
Deliver compelling presentations to schools showcasing EduQuest's value proposition.
Design and implement school outreach and collaboration strategies.
Understand school needs and align EduQuest offerings accordingly.
Lead contract discussions and drive revenue through school partnerships.
Represent EduQuest at school events, education fairs, and conferences.
Track, evaluate, and refine outreach effectiveness to ensure optimal outcomes.
Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports; maintain accurate CRM updates.
Candidate Profile
Experience: 3–4 years in Marketing, Outreach, or Partnerships within the education sector.
Skills: Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Track Record: Proven success in school marketing, outreach, or academic program execution.
Network: Well-connected in the Chandigarh school ecosystem (Chandigarh preferred, other city networks are also welcome).
Travel: Willingness to travel across India as required.
Mindset: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of taking complete ownership of projects.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹70, ₹80,000.00 per month
