
Business Growth Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Growth Manager to accelerate revenue, expand market presence, and drive overall business performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, sales strategy, and partnership management, with the ability to identify new opportunities and deliver sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and expand the customer base.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to optimize lead generation and conversion.
- Analyze market trends, competitor performance, and customer insights to guide decision-making.
- Design and implement performance-driven initiatives to maximize profitability.
- Track, measure, and report on KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of growth initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring retention and long-term business value.
- Lead and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications & Skills
- Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹55, ₹75,000.00 per month
