About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Head – Sales to lead our HVAC & Air Conditioning business growth. The role involves collaborating with architects, interior designers, and institutes to generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales through strategic pitching and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and institutes to expand HVAC business opportunities.
  • Convert leads into successful projects through effective pitching, negotiation, and closing strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients.
  • Drive business growth while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Manage sales cycle, project pipeline, and client engagement to meet targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • MBA / Architect / Interior Designer background preferred.
  • 3 to 7 years of proven sales experience (preferably in HVAC/AC or allied industries).
  • Strong knowledge of AC & HVAC systems.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
