  • Sales Head

  • Should

    be well versed with the technical concepts customized softwares,

    software products, E Commerce etc.

  • Should have at

    least 5 years of relevant field experience in IT industry.
  • Should have

    managed a team of 10+ sales executives minimum.
  • Should

    have experience in Domestic and/or International Market on IT

    vertical.
  • Should

    have prior experience in managing Presales & Direct Marketing

    specifically for IT vertical.
  • Ability to manage

    complex projects and multi-task.
  • Excellent

    organizational skills.
  • Ability to

    flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle

    uncertainty.
  • Should

    have the ability to independently clinch large deals.
  • Should

    be target oriented and able to handle pressure targets.
  • Experience

    in Client Management and client relationship.
  • Possess extensive

    knowledge of sales principles and practices, and an ability to

    coach others on them
  • Strong analytical

    and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data and metrics to

    back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
  • Proven ability to

    influence cross-functional teams
  • Strength in

    problem solving, issue-resolution, ability to work in a

    deadline-driven work environment, attention to detail, and

    ability to multitask.
  • Strong leadership

    and team building skills
  • Excellent

    Communication Skills and intermediate soft skills (Emails / MS

    Office) compulsory.

  • Managing

    organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers

    sales, revenue and expense controls.

  • Meeting planned

    sales goals.
  • Setting

    individual sales targets with the sales team including meeting

    targets, call targets etc.
  • Tracking

    sales goals and reporting results.
  • Overseeing the

    activities and performance of the sales team.
  • Coordinating with

    marketing on lead generation.
  • Ongoing

    training of sales team.
  • Developing your

    sales team through motivation, counseling and product knowledge

    education.
  • Promoting the

    organization and products.
  • Contacting

    potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Planning and

    overseeing new marketing initiatives.
  • Researching

    organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the

    value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and

    developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Attending

    conferences, meetings, and industry events.
  • Developing quotes

    and proposals for clients.
  • Preparation,

    circulation, management of daily / weekly / monthly / annual

    reports and reporting thru CRM tools and routine analytical tools

    like MS Office, Pipedrive etc.
