Position Title: Head of Sales
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai.
Department: Business Development / Sales
Reports To: Managing Director
Summary: Were a Mumbai based Creative Agency & Video Production house established in 2022 by Soniya Goel and Chandramani Jangde. Our philosophy blends SMART for strategic brand powers and MAGIC showcasing our captivating design finesse. At Smart Magic, we wield the art of storytelling to engage and inspire audiences within the ever-evolving sphere. Our goal is to forge meaningful connections between brands and their audiences through innovative ideas. Our services include advertising, branding, social media, creative graphic designing, video production, Corporate events & website design. Our dedicated team consists of skilled video editors, graphic designers, and adept and business strategists. Trusted by esteemed clients like TransIndia group, KRChoksey, DRChoksey, Bachelorrs, and Research & Ranking.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business objectives and revenue targets.
- Identify high-growth market segments and potential clients.
Team Leadership
- Build, lead, and mentor the sales team.
- Set KPIs, track performance, and optimize team output.
Client Acquisition
- Prospect and close new business opportunities in B2B marketing services.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
Relationship Management
- Develop long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning agency services to deliver value.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and delivery teams to align on pitch strategy and execution.
- Collaborate with leadership on pricing, service innovation, and expansion strategy.
Reporting & Analysis
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Proven experience (7+ years) in sales leadership roles within a marketing, digital, or advertising agency.
- Strong understanding of marketing services including digital, branding, performance, content, etc.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)
