International Sales Executive

· Identify and generate new sales leads through various trade portals.

· Handle mail communication with trade agents and clients to maintain and build relationships.

· Address client inquiries and provide timely updates on their orders.

· Develop accurate and competitive quotations for leads and prospects.

· Conduct regular follow-ups with new and existing clients to maintain relationships and secure repeat business.

· Participate in fortnightly meetings on the 2nd and 16th of every month to discuss sales strategies and progress. (As and when required or informed by the management)

· Manage and update Google sheet to keep client information and sales activities up to date with accurately and timely data entry in the CRM system. Proficiency in CRM usage is mandatory.

· Share and manage dispatch details with customers to keep them informed about their orders.

· Identify and explore new business initiatives and market opportunities.

· Participate in exhibitions and trade shows as required to showcase products and generate leads.

· Share product samples with prospects to demonstrate product quality and features.

· Follow up with prospects to gather feedback and address any queries.

· Address and resolve client problems or queries regarding products or samples.

· Effectively manage and coordinate with clearing house agents to ensure smooth and efficient processing of shipments and related activities.

· Adherence and following upon company's policies and procedures.

· Preparing Quotations

· Monitoring the team members whenever required.

· Attending clients during night shifts.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
