Staffing Manager _NON IT Staffing

Skills Required:

? Graduate or Post-graduate with experience in Recruitment Delivery for NON IT Contract staffing business

? Specific experience in NON IT or NON IT Contract Staffing industry involving handling of large enterprise clients? delivery of their staffing needs

? Experience in handling a team of recruiters is highly preferable

? Front end Client management is a must

? Excellent English Communication skills ? written and oral

? Knowledge about the current market trends especially NON IT industry related to staffing services

? Direct Account management skills and client relationship management skills

? Proven ability to handle revenue targets and onboarding targets is a must

Job Summary:

Manage the client and the delivery of recruitment mandates for NON IT contract staffing services for Ciel HR for Pan-India clients

Grow the business of NON IT Contract Staffing in scale and scope with key client in the NON IT Services and Products industry

Handle targets on Gross Profit (Revenue), contract resource numbers (on boards)

Handle a team of more than 5 recruiters

Grow the team from existing to a large team over a short period of time

Manage the Client relationship by good account management practice and grow the business share from the key clients which are already with Ciel.

Work with Delivery/Recruitment, Operations & Payroll teams to ensure new client requirements are serviced immediately and efficiently

Work with the 80 offices of Ciel across India and ensure Recruitment Delivery for the clients spread across pan-India

Uphold the brand of Ciel and Ma Foi in the market and ensure customer satisfaction
