Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced
Talent Acquisition Lead
to drive end-to-end recruitment initiatives, primarily for sales positions, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional hiring outcomes. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
Recruitment Leadership
- Lead recruitment efforts for sales and other business-critical roles.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective hiring strategies.
- Develop and execute
end-to-end recruitment processes
: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, and offer negotiation.
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Management
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified candidates through job portals, social media platforms, networking, references, and direct outreach.
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques to attract high-quality talent.
- Conduct resume screening, initial HR interviews, and evaluate candidates for
skill, experience, and cultural fit
.
HR Coordination & Onboarding
- Collaborate with the HR team to ensure smooth onboarding and an excellent employee experience.
- Maintain accurate employee data, records, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Employee Engagement & HR Support
- Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement, retention, and performance management.
- Manage overall candidate experience from first interaction to offer acceptance.
Required Skill Sets
- Master's degree in
Human Resources
/
Business Administration
. - Minimum 5+ years
of experience in Talent Acquisition. - Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring processes and modern recruitment tools.
- Expertise in sourcing strategies across multiple channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.).
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple requirements and work in a
fast-paced environment
. - Strong ownership, leadership qualities, and stakeholder management skills.
