THE ROLE

Regional Country Representative (North India)

We're seeking a
senior, connected professional
with strong local networks to be the
face of BGR across North India
— representing our leadership hiring and advisory services to SMB and mid-market founders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Represent BGR with
    founders, CHROs, and promoters
    of mid-size and large Indian companies.
  • Generate
    qualified client conversations
    and drive mandates in leadership hiring and transformation.
  • Build partnerships with local consulting firms, recruiters, and industry associations.
  • Attend regional business events, HR forums, and trade councils to expand visibility.
  • Coordinate closely with BGR's Mumbai HQ for proposals, closures, and delivery alignment.

THE CANDIDATE

Ideal Profile

  • 10–20 years of experience in
    executive search, consulting, HR advisory, or senior business leadership
    .
  • Strong connects with
    SME, MSME, and mid-corporate decision-makers
    .
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in independent, performance-linked roles.
  • Fluent in English and Hindi.
  • Based in
    Delhi NCR
    or willing to travel across North India.
