We work with early-stage founders, professionals, and innovators across continents — creating spaces where ideas become ventures, and ventures find the clarity, structure, and support they need to grow.

As we expand globally, we're inviting experienced professionals and startup enthusiasts to join us as Country Heads (Volunteer) to represent FounderHelpDesk in their regions — starting with Austria, Germany, and Spain.

We also welcome applications from professionals in other countries who'd like to lead or help build their own local FounderHelpDesk communities.

The Role

As a Country Head (Volunteer), you'll act as the local representative of FounderHelpDesk — connecting founders, universities, and innovation networks in your region to the global startup community.

You'll help bring together founders, mentors, and builders who want to share ideas, collaborate, and launch new ventures with FounderHelpDesk's support.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and grow the FounderHelpDesk Community in your country or region.
  • Identify and connect with local startup founders, incubators, accelerators, and ecosystem partners.
  • Help organize virtual and on-ground meetups, learning sessions, and workshops.
  • Curate local startup stories and share insights from your ecosystem with the FounderHelpDesk global team.
  • Support local founders in accessing programs, resources, and mentorship.
  • Act as the bridge between local innovation ecosystems and the global FounderHelpDesk network.

Who You Are

  • A professional or founder with experience in startups, innovation, or community leadership.
  • Well-connected within your country's startup ecosystem — or eager to explore it.
  • Comfortable representing an international platform and building relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Fluent in English; fluency in German or Spanish is a plus.
  • Motivated by learning, collaboration, and helping others build.
