Generatequalified client conversationsand drive mandates in leadership hiring and transformation. Build partnerships with local consulting firms, recruiters, and industry associations. Attend regional business events, HR forums, and trade councils to expand visibility. Coordinate closely with BGR’s Mumbai HQ for proposals, closures, and delivery alignment.THE CANDIDATEIdeal Profile 10–20 years of experience inexecutive search, consulting, HR advisory, or senior business leadership . Strong connects withSME, MSME, and mid-corporate decision-makers . Entrepreneurial mindset; thrives in independent, performance-linked roles. Fluent in English and Hindi.
