Together, they bring unparalleled insights to India's startup and investment ecosystem.
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Event Coordination Intern to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are proactive, organized, and passionate about event planning, brand communication, and on-ground execution.
You will play a key role in the planning, coordination, and promotion of two key monthly events:
- The Thursday Thing – A networking platform connecting creators, founders, and professionals
- Instagram:
The Thursday Thing - Buzzaria Bazaar – A curated pop-up event celebrating handmade fashion, jewelry, and lifestyle products

Location: Greater Kailash II, South Delhi
Timings: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (6 Days a Week | No WFH | No Hybrid)
Stipend: ₹5,000 – ₹8,000 per month (based on performance; subject to increase)
Key Responsibilities:
Pre-Event:
Coordinate with vendors, artists, and collaborators
Manage logistical planning, checklists, and timelines
Assist with outreach, RSVPs, and communication
Plan and execute social media campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) to promote events
Schedule posts, create engaging captions, and collaborate with the design team for creatives
Support event promotion through email campaigns and WhatsApp outreach
During Event:
Oversee on-ground event operations and guest experience
Coordinate with team members, vendors, and partners
Handle registrations, manage event flow, and troubleshoot issues
Capture and post live content (stories, reels, and updates) on social media platforms
Post-Event:
Assist in compiling feedback, reports, and learnings
Support in creating post-event content (reels, stories, wrap-ups)
Coordinate with the design/content team for follow-ups and communication
Track social media engagement and suggest improvements for future events
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent communication and coordination skills
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, event-driven environments
- Interest in event planning, community engagement, branding, and content
- Willingness to work on weekends (for 1–2 events/month)
- Preference will be given who commit for an year atleast.
