We are seeking a motivated and talented Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You will be a key player in bringing our brand to life by not only managing our ad campaigns but also by creating the compelling content that drives them. You will work under the guidance of a senior team member to help increase student enrollment for the Health Institute.

Responsibilities

  • Paid Campaign Management: Assist in launching and managing targeted advertising campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media to drive qualified traffic and generate student leads.
  • Content Creation: Create compelling digital content, including posters and videos, for use in ads and on social media platforms.
  • Social Media Management: Help manage all social media handles (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and create foundational content to build brand recognition and a unified presence.
  • Performance Monitoring: Use tools like Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and SEMrush to monitor campaign performance and track key metrics.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Assist in analyzing campaign data to identify opportunities for improvement and help optimize ad spend for maximum return on investment (ROI).
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with the senior team member to ensure a consistent and effective message across all digital channels

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Foundational knowledge of digital marketing principles and platforms.
  • Familiarity with social media management tools like Buffer or Hootsuite.
  • Basic understanding of analytics and monitoring tools, such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Experience with design and video editing software such as Canva, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or DaVinci tools.
  • A strong interest in both paid advertising and creative content creation.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to learn from senior guidance.
  • Experience in crafting compelling copy for websites, ads, and social media.
  • Basic understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices.

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
