About Us:

Sri Landstar Properties is a fast-growing real estate firm specializing in premium property developments and layout promotions. We believe in building strong client relationships through trust, transparency, and direct engagement. We're looking for a Sales Executive (Direct Marketing) who is energetic, self-driven, and passionate about sales and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct direct sales and marketing activities for our real estate projects.
  • Build and maintain a database of potential buyers through fieldwork and local networking.
  • Bring clients for site visits and assist them through the sales journey.
  • Engage in door-to-door marketing — distributing brochures, explaining property details, and convincing potential customers to visit the site.
  • Train and manage field sales teams, ensuring productivity and accountability.
  • Collaborate with management on sales strategies and target achievements.
  • Ensure excellent customer communication, follow-up, and relationship management.

Requirements:

  • Must be well-versed with the local area and surroundings.
  • Proven sales acumen and ability to lead and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
  • Valid two/four-wheeler license (mandatory for field travel).
  • Willingness to work on the field and engage directly with potential clients.
  • Prior experience in real estate or direct marketing is an added advantage.
