We are looking for a creative and dynamic Social Media Manager to own our client's social media presence. This is a hands-on role for a digital native who is not only a strategic thinker but also a skilled content creator. You must have exceptional graphic design and video editing abilities to produce engaging, high-quality content in-house. You will be responsible for developing social media strategies, creating and scheduling content, fostering community engagement, and analyzing performance to drive growth.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage our client's social media strategy across all relevant platforms.
  • Create, design, and produce high-quality visual content, including graphics, short-form videos, reels, and stories.
  • Manage the social media content calendar, including writing, scheduling, and publishing posts.
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive online community.
  • Analyze social media metrics and campaign performance, providing regular reports with actionable insights.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure brand consistency and align with broader marketing goals.
  • Stay current with social media best practices, platform updates, and emerging technologies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Must-Haves: 3+ years of experience as a Social Media Manager.
  • A strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in graphic design and video editing for social media.
  • Advanced proficiency with design and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects; Canva; CapCut).
  • Proven experience in creating and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of major social media platforms and their analytics tools.
  • Nice-to-Haves: Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite). Familiarity with paid social advertising. Experience in the healthcare industry.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20, ₹40,000.00 per month
