
Outbound Sales Executive

Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Outbound Sales Executive to drive new business development and client acquisition. This role involves identifying potential B2B clients, initiating contact, presenting our fabric offerings, and supporting the TSM in building a strong sales pipeline
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research potential clients across apparel, uniform( corporate, institutional) and sportswear segments.
- Make outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to introduce Pranera's fabric solutions.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of prospects and update status regularly.
- Communicate product features, benefits, and USPs tailored to customer needs.
- Share fabric samples, catalogs, and suggest suitable solutions based on buyer segments.
- Schedule meetings (in-person) for self or TSM to take forward potential leads.
- Work closely with the TSM to understand territory goals and align outreach accordingly.
- Follow up on older leads, past customers, and cold leads to re-activate sales interest.
- Keep track of client requirements, feedback, and market intelligence.
- Work on closure of leads by coordinating with internal teams on samples, pricing, and dispatch timelines.
- Ensure all documentation and quotations are shared accurately and on time.Work towards monthly and quarterly lead-to-order conversion targets.
Desired Skills & Competencies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong persuasion and follow-up abilities
- Prior experience in outbound or B2B field sales (preferred in textiles or garments)
- Self-motivated with a result-driven approach
- Proficient in using Excel, Email, CRM or lead management tools
- Language Required : Tamil /Kannada/Telugu/Marathi/Hindi And English
Qualifications
- 1–3 years of outbound or field sales experience (preferably in the textile/apparel industry)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
