Outbound Sales Representative

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Sales Outreach & Lead Conversion**:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and close sales effectively.
- Maintain a strong understanding of product features, benefits, and promotions to confidently communicate value to customers.
- Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns, web inquiries, and referrals.
**Target Achievement & Performance Monitoring**:
- Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs (calls per day, conversion rates, revenue).
- Record all customer interactions and sales activity using CRM tools or sales tracking software.
- Work towards improving performance by analyzing personal and team call data and participating in performance reviews.
**Customer Engagement & Relationship Building**:
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Provide a professional and personalized customer experience with each interaction.
- Address customer questions, objections, and concerns with confidence and empathy.
**Process Optimization & Feedback**:
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine scripts and sales strategies based on customer feedback and market trends.
- Suggest improvements to sales processes, product messaging, or lead qualification based on field experience.
**Reporting & Documentation**:
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales reports and pipeline updates to the Sales Manager.
- Keep records of calls and sales and ensure data accuracy in CRM systems.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in outbound telesales, telemarketing, or inside sales (preferably in eCommerce or retail).
- Excellent verbal communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales acumen and a proactive, goal-driven attitude.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and call center software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business or marketing is a plus.

- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a persuasive communication style.
- Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability and ownership
