About the Role :

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our fast-growing startup team. This role demands hands-on expertise across performance marketing, SEO, social media, email marketing, CRM and analytics.

You'll be responsible for independently planning, executing and optimizing 360° digital campaigns - driving measurable growth for clients. The ideal candidate is creative, analytical and confident in client-facing communication while managing multiple campaigns and platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Performance Marketing

  2. Strategize, manage and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and other digital platforms.

  3. Continuously improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA and ROAS through data-driven optimizations.
  4. Execute retargeting and remarketing campaigns to maximize conversions.
  5. Conduct A/B testing for creatives, ad copies and landing pages.

2.SEO & Content Optimization

  • Perform keyword research, competitor analysis, and manage full-cycle SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Use tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, SurferSEO and ChatGPT to enhance visibility and rankings.
  • Optimize content for semantic and voice search with intent-based strategies.

3.Social Media & Community Management

  • Build content calendars and manage posts, stories, reels and short-form videos across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and X (Twitter).
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and community engagement.
  • Produce creative storytelling content tailored to different industries.

4.Creative & Video Marketing

  • Create short-form videos and reels using Canva, CapCut, InShot or Adobe Premiere.
  • Develop visually compelling campaigns that elevate brand storytelling.

5.Email Marketing & CRM

  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns, newsletters and drip workflows.
  • Use tools like Mailchimp, HubSpot or Zoho Campaigns for automation.
  • Manage leads and pipelines using CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce) ensuring seamless sales-marketing coordination.

6.Analytics & Reporting

  • Track and analyze performance using GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console and dashboards.
  • Generate data-driven insights and actionable optimization plans.
  • Prepare reports, presentations and proposals for internal and client stakeholders.

7.Growth & Innovation

  • Apply growth-hacking strategies to boost engagement and conversion rates.
  • Stay ahead of digital trends, AI marketing tools and innovative campaign techniques.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of proven digital marketing experience with measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in performance marketing, SEO and social media campaigns.
  • Experience with tech services, healthcare, or real estate domains preferred.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools, CRMs and creative tools.
  • Excellent communication, client-handling and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a performance-driven approach.
