Objective



o   The Branch Operations Executive is mainly responsible for timely processing of Disbursal, Record Management, Customer service & cash management processes.

o   BOE will also be responsible for customer service & driving Xsell through branches.



Roles & Responsibilities



Loan Disbursement Processing

a Perform loan disbursal activities and ensure they are completed within the stipulated TAT

b Liaison with Branch Credit & sales Team for OTC clearance.

c Perform remote Cheque Printing process & FRFC management.

d Manage post disbursement documentation by conducting follow ups with stakeholders, reporting discrepancies to the Management and updating the system on a periodic basis

Customer Service & Xsell

a Resolve Customer QRG on timely basis

b Maintain a good branch service and exit NPS score for all the branches

c Drive Xsell through the branches

Cash Collection

a Perform Cash collection activities (MR cut, Reconciliation, etc.)

b Ensure no critical Audit findings



Requirement (Experience / Skill / Qualification / Industry background etc.)



o   The skills required for this role are strategic orientation, goal orientation, working effectively with the teams, interpersonal, Stakeholder Management and influencing skills, vendor management.

o   Education and experience required for this role is graduate with minimum 0-2 years of work experience in the banking and lending domain.
