Location: Powai, Mumbai

Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM

Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Powai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our brand's presence across various social platforms, leading the internal social media team, and coordinating directly with clients to ensure strategy alignment and campaign success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with client goals and objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of social media executives/designers/content creators.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their brand voice, goals, and feedback.
  • Plan and oversee the creation of engaging content (posts, stories, reels, etc.) across all major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and insights to optimize strategy.
  • Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices, trends, tools, and technologies.
  • Coordinate with design, content, and video teams to ensure timely delivery of assets.
  • Handle client communication and presentations, and maintain strong relationships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
  • Strong leadership skills and experience managing a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of social media KPIs, analytics tools, and audience engagement strategies.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
