About Makhija Quantum AI
Makhija Quantum AI is building the world's first AI-first, asset-light empire across rice milling, logistics, philanthropy, publishing, stock research and social media. We combine lean human talent with AI agents to scale operations.
Responsibilities
– Design and implement workflow automations using n8n to integrate our systems across rice mills, logistics, publishing and social media.
– Build, test and deploy workflows that manage data synchronization, event triggers, notifications and task assignments.
– Collaborate with domain teams to identify automation opportunities and translate business processes into reusable workflows.
– Maintain and monitor existing n8n workflows, troubleshoot errors and optimise performance.
– Document workflows and train team members on using and modifying automations.
Requirements
– Hands-on experience building and maintaining workflows in n8n or similar low-code automation tools.
– Familiarity with APIs, webhooks and integrations (e.g. Gmail, Slack, databases).
– Ability to understand business processes and translate them into automation logic.
– Attention to detail and proactive problem solving skills.
Salary: ₹25 000–40 000 per month
Location: Powai HQ, Mumbai, Maharashtra
