Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive based in Siliguri. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client accounts, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring the timely delivery of projects and financial reports. Daily tasks will include preparing and reviewing financial statements, assisting with compliance requirements, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating with internal teams to provide strategic recommendations tailored to meet client needs. The role demands active interaction with clients and consistent implementation of ASC Group's tailored service approach.

Qualifications

  • Strong expertise in Accounting, Financial Statements, and Compliance processes
  • Proficiency in Relationship Management and excellent Communication Skills, both written and verbal
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to identify and pursue Business Development Opportunities
  • Knowledge of Taxation, Assurance, and M&A processes
  • Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Experience in working within the consulting or financial services industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or relevant certifications such as CA or CPA preferred)
  • Proficiency in relevant accounting software and tools
