  2. Topline Realty – A real estate development company owning and selling multiple townships.

  3. Terra Tea – A natural tea brand offering CTC and organic tea.

  4. Steppe Resorts & Restaurants – A premium hospitality venture.

Position Overview:

The CEO will provide strategic leadership across all four business verticals, ensuring sustainable growth, operational excellence, and strong financial performance. The role requires close coordination with the Managing Director, effective management of diverse teams, and the ability to drive the group's vision across varied industries.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Strategic Leadership

  2. Develop and execute long-term strategies for all business units in alignment with the Managing Director's vision.

  3. Identify growth opportunities, competitive advantages, and new market possibilities.

  4. Ensure each vertical maintains a clear business direction and performance targets.

  5. Business Operations & Performance

  6. Supervise daily operations across all verticals, ensuring smooth workflow and timely decision-making.

  7. Create and implement systems for high productivity, cost efficiency, and strong service standards.

  8. Review and analyse financial statements, budgets, and performance reports for all companies.

  9. Team & Staff Management

  10. Lead, mentor, and motivate departmental heads and managers across each business unit.

  11. Build a performance-driven culture with clear KPIs and accountability.

  12. Oversee staffing, workforce planning, and internal communication systems.

  13. Financial Management

  14. Ensure strong financial health of each vertical through disciplined budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.

  15. Identify and approve high-impact investments in coordination with the Managing Director.

  16. Monitor revenue growth, profitability, and risk factors across all operations.

  17. Business Development & Partnerships

  18. Build strategic relationships with partners, suppliers, investors, and key stakeholders.

  19. Explore collaboration opportunities to strengthen the presence of each vertical.

  20. Oversee branding, marketing, and expansion strategies.

  21. Policy, Compliance & Governance

  22. Ensure all companies comply with legal, regulatory, and industry standards.

  23. Establish internal policies for transparent and ethical business practices.

  24. Implement monitoring systems to prevent operational gaps and manage organisational risks.

  25. Direct Coordination with Managing Director

  26. Provide regular updates, reports, and insights on all operational and financial matters.

  27. Execute directives from the Managing Director and ensure alignment across the group.

  28. Assist in long-term planning, organisational restructuring, and capital allocation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in senior leadership, preferably handling multi-vertical businesses.

  • Strong understanding of automotive, real estate, tea, or hospitality sectors (any combination preferred).

  • Excellent leadership, communication, delegation, and decision-making abilities.

  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyse data and build scalable systems.

  • Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple responsibilities, and drive consistent results.
