Candidate should have predominantly managed a Bancassurance sales team for a large/mid size bancassurance relationship as part of the current or previous role
Candidate should be well versed with the local language
Candidate should have relevant sales skills required to work on and convert sales closures on the insurance leads which will be passed on to team members
Candidate should have skills to manage a team of 5-6 sales team members, should be able to motivate and influence own team, bank staff and branch managers of mapped branches to ensure delivery of mapped daily, weekly and monthly sales numbers
Candidate should be a high performer and self starter to achieve the mapped daily, weekly and monthly sales number targets of self and team members
Candidate will need to coach, guide and work closely with own team members, branch managers and key branch staff of the mapped bank branches to ensure delivery of the mapped daily, weekly and monthly sales number targets of self and team members
Candidate should be able to manage our sales team mapped and relationships with the bank branch managers, key branch staff etc by providing ample support on training support, branch level marketing activities, product pitches, objection handling, post sales issuance and customer requests, queries etc. for our product lines
Candidate will be expected to manage group business (loan protect) as well as retail life insurance products
Candidate will be expected to ensure sales targets are delivered through own team and the set of lead generators and other key partner branch staff of the mapped branches
Candidate should be open for travel within the mapped city/town/location and be able to physically present to manage the mapped bank branches
Candidate should be able to manage and update the required applications, reports etc required for daily, weekly and monthly sales reporting as per the processes
Candidates handling Private Banks will be preferred.
