About the team:
We are looking for Presentation & Communication Designer with 5+years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. The team aims to elevate EG's leadership, product, and marketing communication through precise, visually strong, and brand-aligned presentations. The role ensures every presentation —from boardrooms to product demos — reflects EG's professionalism and attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and refine PowerPoint presentations for leadership, corporate events, and sales meetings.
  • Develop branded templates, slide libraries, and infographics across divisions.
  • Create visually strong product and sales presentations in collaboration with the Marketing team.
  • Translate complex business and product content into clear, structured visual stories.
  • Maintain pixel-perfect quality and brand consistency across all presentations.
  • Support leadership, marketing, and product teams with high-impact presentations for campaigns, webinars, and events.
  • Develop interactive visuals and animated infographics for presentations.
  • Continuously improve EG's presentation standards, tools, and visual systems.

Your workday, your tasks and mandatory skill set:

  • Bachelor's degree in design, Communication, or any related field (or equivalent practical experience. Candidates from any discipline with a strong design portfolio are welcome).
  • 5+ years of experience in presentation or communication design.
  • Expert-level PowerPoint /Word skills.
  • Exceptional attention to visual precision, typography, and layout.
  • Strong storytelling ability and experience visualizing complex or technical content.
  • Excellent command of English, both written and visual.
  • Motion or video integration for presentations.

Required Skills:

  • Experience designing products or sales enablement materials.
  • Data visualization and infographic design.
  • Ability to integrate AI into the presentation design process to improve clarity, efficiency, and visual impact.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing your skills.
