We are looking for a passionate and experienced English Communication Trainer / Faculty to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving students'/trainees' spoken and written English, interpersonal communication, and soft skills. This role involves teaching English grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, fluency, business communication, and public speaking in a structured and engaging way.

Key Responsibilities:

· Conduct training sessions in English language and communication skills for students/professionals.

· Teach modules including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, reading, writing, and speaking.

· Enhance learners' communication confidence through role-plays, debates, presentations, and group activities.

· Develop lesson plans, learning materials, and evaluation tools aligned with training objectives.

· Provide regular feedback and guidance to learners to track and improve performance.

· Design customized training programs for different levels (beginner to advanced) or industry needs (aviation, hospitality, etc.).

· Stay updated with current teaching methodologies and integrate technology into lessons.

· Support academic and administrative tasks related to communication training.

Qualifications & Skills:

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Communication, Linguistics, or related field.

· Certification in English Language Teaching (e.g., TESOL, TEFL, CELTA) is preferred.

· Proven experience in training or teaching English communication (minimum [–5] years).

· Excellent command over spoken and written English.

· Strong presentation, interpersonal, and classroom management skills.

· Ability to motivate and connect with learners from diverse backgrounds.

· Familiarity with digital tools and online teaching platforms.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
