Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mangaluru for an Academic Director. The Academic Director will be responsible for overseeing curriculum development, managing education and training programs, conducting research, and providing teaching and training support. The Academic Director will also work closely with faculty and staff to ensure high-quality educational outcomes and will play a key role in driving academic excellence within the organization.

Location: Mangalore (On-site)

Employment Type: Full-time

Experience: 1–2 years minimum

What You'll Do


• Conduct and lead full stack web development training programs.


• Mentor students through real-world software projects.


• Design and update technical modules to meet industry standards.


• Oversee academic quality, project execution, and technical assessments.


• Collaborate with the core team to align learning with company objectives.

What You Bring


• 2 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer or Technical Trainer.


• Expertise in:


• Frontend: HTML, CSS, JavaScript,


• Backend: , / Django / Flask


• Databases: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL


• Strong knowledge of Git, REST APIs, and deployment workflows.


• Excellent communication and mentoring ability.
